The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, made for a pleasant stay. They were always available when we needed assistance and provided useful information in English. the hotel had a great view from our room, with a large window overlooking the city. It was especially enjoyable to see landmarks like the Skytree.
There were a few aspects that were disappointing. Breakfast service ended quite early, and when I went to get coffee, they had run out of filter coffee and only had instant coffee available.

The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to transportation. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the free lemon and thyme water in the lobby. The breakfast point system is a bit confusing, but it was nice to redeem points for snacks and drinks later in the day. we recommend this hotel for a convenient stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with the Asakusabashi train station nearby which makes it easy to travel around. The area is good with many restaurants and stores. The room is small but comfortable with all essential facilities such as fridge and charging cables.
The breakfast service is not up to the mark with limited seating arrangements.

This hotel, located in a quiet neighborhood, offers great value for money. The rooms are in good condition and the attention to detail is evident with the considerate design. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast, which can be availed with coupons, is not too bad.
No complaints!

Great location near metro and train stations, with 7-11 and food supermarket within 50 metres. Comfortable room with humidifier and black curtains for good sleep. Friendly English-speaking staff and practical amenities, like green card for linen change. Ideal for business or tourist visits. Dog-friendly hotel.
